Interiors by Marianne Cherico will come to your house and help you optimize everything from curb appeal to each room in the house to make sure that you are maximizing the showing power. We will discuss things like paint color, traffic flow, how to emphasize architectural elements that buyers love, etc. Each house is different and needs different solutions. The walk through takes approximately an hour and a half. Following the consultation, you will get a report detailing priorities as well as solutions for each and every room in the house.
