As the owner and principal designer of Interiors by Marianne Cherico, I am delighted to offer my services as a RESA PRO member.

My background combines 24 years of experience in  Real Estate marketing as well as extensive Interior Design training at the Rhode Island School of Design.

My experience in the Home Staging business includes preparation of countless resale homes for sale as well as full staging of model homes and apartments.

Internet marketing has changed the way that houses are sold. Since this form of marketing is where most buyers are looking for homes, it is important to grab their interest with the pictures that are on the listing.

Home Staging helps your house stand apart from the competition and gets the buyer interested.

Interiors by Marianne Cherico has the experience and resources to key in on each house in a way that will optimize the “showing power” so that it will appeal to the most amounts of buyers. I pride myself in knowing what buyers want and expect. My goal is to assist my clients so that they can sell their house for top dollar and in the shortest amount of time in any given Real Estate Market.

Interior Decorating is a little bit different than Home Staging. It is far more personal. I love the challenge of working with all different kinds of people to help them define their personal style. I have had the good fortune to work with a couple of our New England Patriots as well as numerous wonderful  builders and property managers in MA and RI to showcase their model homes. From small design projects to large, I love helping my customers create a home environment that makes their heart sing.
